I'm Esther, and I'm thrilled to share my passion for nutrition and healthy living with you.
I completed my qualification through the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness and became a personal trainer at Les Mills Hutt City.There I worked with an incredible team that helped me launch my business and introduced me to a whole world of health and fitness.
Driven by a commitment to client well-being, I expanded my expertise, adding nutritional guidance to my skillset and ultimately pursuing a clinical nutrition diploma.
As a nutrition coach, I want to share with my clients the latest studies and how to achieve results with science-based methods.
I am passionate about how incredible our bodies are designed to function day-to-day and how we can honour that design through mindful fueling and exercise to promote blood flow and vitality.
As a personal trainer, my mission is to empower clients to embrace healthy living without the pressure of restrictive trends. I believe in showing people the incredible value of food as fuel, simplifying nutrition, and building sustainable habits.
